We have the honour to inform you about the Real Estate and Investment Fair (Apartments Investments Homes) MID, which takes place in spring 2011 - Wrocław, Poland

MID is the only Real Estate Fair in Poland where investors can find the offers from the local markets. Exhibitors have a chance to get a lot of  business contacts with regional investors and companies. MID's strongest piont  is location in a well-developed economically region but all exhibitors have an equal chance to reach out the investors.

After the last edition's success, MID organizers expect much more investors interested about the Polish and East European markets. Exhibition halls are located on two levels: commercial-business area is located on the first floor and the general one on the ground floor. In this section are primarily exposures of credit banks products, developers offers of housing sector, real estate agencies and home furnishings. The commercial section is intended for advisory and consulting services companies, financial institutions and banks, commercial developers, offices of cities and municipalities, investment firms, management or intermediary firm in commercial real estate and design companies.

MID leads also a Conference which is a response to the current needs of participants in the investment market. This time, the Conference will be prepared jointly with the European Property Institute. Participation of top class professionals will ensure high professional level of lectures and discussions.
